BRAMPTON IPTV: Refunds and Money Back Guarantee

Refunds are issued at our discretion, based on the existence of a valid reason. Refunds are not issued automatically in the event of a service problem and are not guaranteed under any circumstances. Our money back guarantee, as stated on our website, is subject to our refund policy detailed here and elsewhere in this Agreement.

Exclusions from Reimbursement

The following situations are generally not considered valid grounds for a refund:

Lack of certain channels.
Incorrect channel content.
Full HD (FHD) and 4K video quality concerns.
Discrepancies or problems with the Video On Demand (VOD) library.
Temporary buffering or service downtime.
Inaccuracies or problems with the Electronic Program Guide (EPG).
Inability to configure our services due to technical limitations.
Blocking of our services by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Unsupported devices or platforms.
Slow internet speeds due to user’s network conditions.
Subscription renewals

NOTE: Our VOD library is a complimentary service we provide to our customers and cannot be considered grounds for a refund.

Reseller Credits

Credits purchased for the purpose of reselling our services are non-refundable.

Additional Services

Additional options or services that are added to your subscriptions are non-refundable.

Legal Liability

As a subscriber, it is your responsibility to ensure that our service complies with local laws in your country. You assume all legal liability that may arise from your use of our service.

Use of the Service

You are not allowed to share your access to our service with others. The service is intended for personal use only, within your home or on your personal cell phone away from home. Sharing access involves activities such as sharing login credentials or multiple simultaneous logins. Any violation of this condition may lead to permanent suspension of your account.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate any of the terms of this agreement, engage in activities that we deem disrespectful to our staff, retransmit our services or engage in any behavior that, in our sole discretion, we deem harmful to our operations, reputation or any other aspect of our services.

ISP Blocking

Please note that Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in certain countries may employ blocking measures to protect copyrighted content. We have no control over such actions taken by ISPs and are not responsible for any interruption of service due to ISP blocking. ISP blocking may be dynamic, which means that it may be activated during certain events such as soccer matches. As a User, it is your responsibility to take the necessary actions to avoid ISP blocking, which may include using a VPN, a proxy or switching to an ISP that does not apply such measures. Any inconvenience or interruption in our services due to ISP blocking does not qualify for a refund under our policy and is not covered by our money back guarantee.
